The organization is a unique blend of young, energetic, and dynamic professionals with in depth understanding of the developmental sector. The problems faced by rural unprivileged classes is the inspiration of our endeavor which is reflected in our mission and vision statement.

AL-ASARA TEHREEK-E-TALEEM believes that the quality of life in the rural areas can be ensured through the holistic development of the village. Hence, various thrust areas like education, health & sanitation, natural resource management & agriculture, livelihood, skill development & empowerment are looked into and the interventions are related to these thrust areas.
